General Terms and Conditions

1. Customers are requested to verify the purchased item with the invoice for its correctness. Ornaments are sold cannot be exchanged. No cash refund.
2. We offer you lifetime maintenance/ repair for gold ornaments at extra cost which you have purchased from H V S jewellers.
3. Guarantee/Warrente does not cover any acts of mishandling of ornaments, which may cause breakage, chipping of enamel and falling of stone.
4. Watches with international warranty are subject to the Terms and Conditions of the manufacturer.
5. Buyback is subject to production of original bill. Buyback rate will change from time to time. Buyback in other cases Will be only on net weight (after removing stones, enamel and dust).
6. The order form and advance payment receipt must be presented at the time of delivery.
7. All ordered items must be collected within 10 days of the delivery date. If they are not collected within this timeframe, you will be charged the higher amount between the remaining order value and the delivery fee.
8. If the order item is not taken delivery within 15 days, the management has the right to sell the ordered ornaments, in case customer wants to reorder the ornaments and the same will be done at the price difference.
9. To ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, it is mandatory to have PAN issued by the Income Tax Department for purchases exceeding Rs. 2 lakhs. Please provide the PAN when asked during the transaction process. If you are unable to provide it, please contact our staff.
10. Customers must collect their purchases in person at H V S Jewellers, presenting all necessary documents.
11. The services provided on this website shall be rendered in conjunction with a diverse array of third-party providers, subject to the prevailing availability of such services at the time of engagement.

Fraudulent Transaction

H V S Jewellers reserves the right to take necessary actions to recover the cost of goods, collection charges, damages incurred by H V S Jewellers, and legal expenses from individuals who engage in fraudulent activities on the website. H V S Jewellers also reserves the right to initiate legal proceedings against such individuals for their fraudulent use of the services provied or any other unlawful acts that violate these Terms and Conditions.

Force Majeure

H V S Jewellers shall not be held responsible for any delay or failure to perform our obligations under these terms and conditions, and we shall not be liable for any resulting loss or damages if such delay or failure is caused by circumstances beyond our control. These circumstances may include, but are not limited to, acts of God, war, civil disturbances, riots, strikes, lockouts, government or parliamentary restrictions, prohibitions, or enactments, pandemics, import or export regulations, exchange control regulations, accidents, or non-availability/delay in transportation.
