General Refund Policy
Introduction
H V S Jewellers is committed to providing our customers with high-quality products and services. However, we
understand that there may be times when you need to return an item. This Refund Policy outlines our
policies and procedures for refunds.
General Refund Policy
This refund policy is not valid on purchase of old ornaments.
All sales are final. Refunds will be issued only in exceptional circumstances and at the discretion of H V S
Jewellers.
If refund request is accepted it is subject to the following Terms :
- Requests for refunds must be made within 7 days of purchase.
- Requests for refunds must be made in writing and must include the following information:
Name of customer
Order number
Reason for return
Requested refund amount
- Refunds will be processed within 5 business days of approval.
- Refunds are only available for unused items. Items that have been used, altered, or damaged are not eligible
for a refund. This includes items that have been opened, worn, or have any signs of use.
- Refunds will be issued in cash for transactions valued under ₹10,000. For transactions valued above ₹10,000,
the customer will be given the option of receiving a cash refund for ₹10,000 or a bank transfer. Refunds by
bank transfer will typically be credited to the customer's account within 2-3 business days.
- Customers must request a refund within a reasonable timeframe. The specific timeframe will depend on the
nature of the purchase and any applicable manufacturer's warranty terms.
- Customers must provide proof of purchase, such as a receipt or order confirmation. This documentation is
necessary to verify the purchase and the validity of the refund request.
- Customers must return the item to H V S Jewellers in its original packaging, with all accessories included.
The item should be in the same condition as it was when it was received, with no signs of wear or damage.
- Once the item has been inspected and deemed eligible for a refund, H V S Jewellers will process the refund
in accordance with the abovementioned guidelines.
Exceptions to the General Refund Policy
The following exceptions apply to the General Refund Policy:
- Digital products: Digital products are not eligible for refunds.
- Custom-made products: Custom-made products are not eligible for refunds. For more information regarding this

- Products that have been damaged or altered by the customer: Products that have been damaged or altered by
the customer are not eligible for refunds.
Additional Considerations:
We reserve the right to refuse a refund if we believe that the customer is abusing the policy. This includes
instances of excessive returns, returns for items that are not eligible for a refund, or returns that are clearly
fraudulent.
Items that have been used, altered, or damaged are not eligible for a refund.
We may require additional documentation or information from the customer if necessary to validate the refund
request. This may include photos or videos of the item, receipts for repairs or maintenance, or copies of
communication with the manufacturer.
Exchange Policy
Exchanges on sold items are not accepted.
